Robotech Automation Faridabad manufactures a high‑precision refined wheat (Maida) packing machine (Auger Filler) and other fine powder products. The machine operates on an advanced screw‑feeding principle that ensures accurate dosing and smooth flow of non‑free‑flowing powders. Built entirely from food‑grade stainless steel, it meets hygiene standards required for flour and bakery industries. The system features a large conical hopper with agitator to prevent clumping, and a servo‑controlled auger for consistent filling accuracy within ±0.5%. It supports pouch, jar, or container filling applications ranging from 100 grams to 5 kilograms. The machine’s automation includes a PLC‑based control panel with touch interface, adjustable filling speed, and minimal wastage design. Sealing options include pillow or center‑seal packs using laminated film. With a capacity of up to 40–80 pouches per minute depending on product density, it offers high productivity for flour mills and food processing units. Compact, durable, and easy to clean, Robotech Automation’s refined wheat flour auger filler machine delivers reliability, precision, and long service life for modern packaging operations
